There is no such thing as a cheap college in the USA, especially if you are an international student.

The University of Cincinnati (in Ohio)’s really good with engineering.
Missouri State University is the cheapest state university around. Tuition is $ 160 an hour. That is a hell of a lot cheaper than some of these universities, like New York State, or Duke.
Even Arkansas State University is pretty expensive.
But since you are not from Missouri, you will have to pay about $ 260 an hour for each class you take. But that is still a lot cheaper than anything else. You can’t find cheaper than that.

Cheap Engineering College = bad college.
Universities are not “inexpensive” if you are from out of the state or country. You should look at an exchange program or scholarship.
